F-2 News

The Foundation and Grade 1 students have had a fantastic start to Term 2.  They began their term with some 'Check-In-Circles' to talk about their emotions and how they were feeling about being back.  This concept comes from Adam Voigt's Restorative Practices and is a great way to learn how to verbalise our feelings.

They've also started off their Inquiry Unit, learning about Sustainability. This week's learning, focussed on how to keep the shared spaces in our home and school clean.

Grade 2

What a great start to Term 2 we have had! This week we started our weekly visits to the Tongala Aged Care. Students played Bingo with the residents. It was great to see so many smiling faces. We are looking forward to many more visits this Term!
