St. Fidelis families, THIS WEEK is the celebration week for Mother’s Day. We have the Mother’s Day Stall, Raffle and Breakfast this week. Please read below article for further information. Please pencil in all the listed dates and read the newsletter thoroughly for all the required information relating to each event. We thank you in advance for your support with all the activities.

Mother’s Day Stall

The much-loved annual Mother’s Day stall will be returning for 2024. On Wednesday 8th May, all children will be invited to the stall to purchase gifts for the special women in their life. At the stall, a range of items, ranging in affordable prices, beginning from $1, will be available for the children to purchase. Children are advised to bring a bag to take their gifts home in. Thank you.

Mother’s Day Event

To celebrate the wonderful Mothers and Special Women of our St. Fidelis' Community, the P&F Committee along with THE VILLAGE BAKERY are hosting our annual Mother’s Day Event. The event will take place on Friday 10th May and begin with a breakfast, Mother’s Day Raffle draw then followed by a special Mother’s Day assembly and activities in your child’s classroom.Please see flyer for further information.

Loose Change Drive

Beginning TODAY - Monday 6th May and concluding on Friday 14th June is the St. Fidelis Loose Change Drive.

“Pretty much everyone has a handful of loose change just hanging around at home.  Why not give those lonely coins a purpose and send them along to school with your child?  Each class competes to see who can raise the most money during term 2. At the end of the drive, the funds are collected for the school and the winning class will be awarded with a pizza lunch.”

Children are welcome to contribute as little OR as many COINS as they like, daily OR weekly… There are no rules… so Start Saving those coins!

Students need to deposit their coins into their allocated ‘classroom money jars’.

2nd Hand Uniform Donations

We welcome any donations of second-hand uniforms for our upcoming stalls. Please ensure that the uniforms:

• Are in acceptable condition with no fading, missing logos or stains.
• Have a school logo or are PSW labelled, therefore no Kmart/Target/etc. purchases.
• Are in a clean condition.

Please place your items in a bag and hand into the school office to donate.
