Welcome Picnic

ALL WELCOME at our first event for this year - the Welcome Back to School Family Picnic will be held at school from 4.30pm to 7.30pm TONIGHT, Friday 23 February.

PFC Meeting & Annual General Meeting

The next PFC meeting will include our Annual General Meeting. It will be held on Wednesday 13 March 2024 at 7pm in the Staff Room at school. All welcome. Please join us to elect our new Executive Committee for 2024-2025. Roles to nominate for are:

• President
• Secretary
• Treasurer 
• Social Media Coordinator
• Fundraising Coordinator
• Secondhand Uniform Coordinator.

National Ride2School Day 

The Junior School Council will be running National Ride2School Day on Friday 22 March.

The PFC will be providing fresh fruit for all students walking, scooting or riding to school on this day.

Easter Raffle

The Essex Egg-tastic Easter Raffle will be running again this year with even more chocolatey hampers to be won across all year levels. 

All hampers have been generously donated which means 100% of ticket sales will go directly to the school. The three hampers donated by Matt Fregon MP, State Member for Ashwood, are in the Office and being admired by many!

The Raffle will be running through Trybooking. More details including the link to come.

Secondhand Uniform

Thank you to all of the wonderful Essex Heights family members for visiting the Secondhand Uniform Stall last Friday, 16 February. 

Your contributions raised an impressive total of $1,695! All proceeds will go towards resources for the school. A huge thank you to all of the helpful volunteers:  Niki, Alison, Sam, Siew, Kelly and Kat.

We are grateful for all donations of school uniform you no longer require for the PFC to sell as a fundraiser for the school. Items must be clean and in good condition with the current EHPS logo; please remove/delete names from donated uniform if possible.

The four lost property boxes (large grey square lidded boxes located at Banksia, Violet and Eucalyptus buildings and in the Stadium foyer) did not get emptied last Friday. Parents and Carers, please check these boxes and claim your lost items regularly. In the near future, all named items will be returned to students. Anything uncollected and unnamed may be sold at the next sale to raise funds for our school.
