Message from the Principal

Welcome Back

Welcome back to the 2024 school year. I hope everyone enjoyed their Summer break and managed to get some rest and relaxion before what is sure to be a busy and successful 2024.

This year we welcomed 144 new students to our school community with 125 Foundation students and 19 students from other year levels. Our Foundation students have had a wonderful start, getting used to school routines and expectations as well as making new friends and exploring our school grounds. I look forward to watching them grow in confidence and independence as the year progresses.

In the first week I visited every classroom to remind our students of the two things they must do each day to ensure school is a welcoming, enjoyable and productive place. These things are to ‘Be Your Best’ and to be kind to each other. If we do these two things, everything else takes care of itself and it will be a hugely successful 2024.

Wishing all members of our school community the very best for an amazing 2024.

Matt Gallagher
