District Cross Country Championships

On a bright and energetic day, St Mary’s students participated in the annual Cross Country event with great enthusiasm and determination. The atmosphere was filled with school spirit as each and every student competed fiercely across various age groups and categories.

Highlights of the day included outstanding performances from our talented runners. Hudson Ciantar led the way, finishing in 1st place and earning top honors for St Mary’s. Reid Robinson and Sam Giansiracusa both showcased impressive endurance and speed, securing 2nd place in their respective races. Paddy Rainey also managed to come 5th despite being sick and fainting at the end.

A special mention goes to Mr. Mitchell, who ran the event amazingly, ensuring everything ran smoothly and safely for all participants. His dedication and leadership were instrumental in making the day a great experience for everyone involved.

Thanks to the collective effort and determination of our students, St Mary’s proudly won the coveted Shield this year, a testament to our team's hard work and spirit.

Congratulations to all participants and supporters for a fantastic Cross Country Day. We look forward to many more successful events in the future!
