We had a fabulous day for our 3-6 Athletics Trials Day on Monday 19th August, the sun was shining and the rain held off!
Our students were demonstrating all our important STAR values in a friendly competition setting - we saw so many examples of student striving to be their best and being good sports!
We have 66 students representing us at District Athletics on Thursday 5th September and we will update on that event in our next newsletter! Good luck to all students competing!
Lunchtime House Activities
Lunchtime House Activities will continue to run on Mondays at lunch, alternating between the 3-6 and P-2 students. Over the last few weeks students have had the opportunity to participate in basketball/target shooting and tunnel ball for house points.
Thanks to Beck and the House captains for their work running these activities.
Run/Walk Club (Friday Morning)
Here is an update of the house points earned so far in Term 3, with the yearly total highlighted at the bottom of the table: It is getting very close!
Remember there is a house cup sitting in the front office that display's each weekly winner. There is also a weekly leaderboard up in the 5/6 building window that will be updated each week.
Keep Active!
