FN Hedland seizes top REIWA award from Ray White
“A progressive, market-leading agency with no signs of complacency”!
That's what REIWA judges said when they handed FN Hedland (Port Hedland, WA) their most coveted award - Large Residential Agency of the Year (for a second time). Throughout WA and our wider membership, our offices are celebrating this tremendous win and are very proud of Morag Lowe and her team.
Winning this award was made all the more satisfying for our FN Hedland team because it had previously been won many times by Vivien Yap of Ray White Dalkeith.
Hot on the heels of that award, the team has also achieved finalist status in two categories of the REA Awards for Excellence, for regional Western Australia across all agencies. We wish everyone the best of luck and have our fingers crossed for another big win.
Congratulations to everybody at FN Hedland.
‘Morag – such a classy woman. And Scott, I love the matching bow tie!’

Tracey Simpson
‘Morag and Scott, this award is for you both. For fostering talent, joining the dots between all the departments, for allowing flexibility in the workplace and making us all feel part of one big team - remote or office-based. Your unwavering support to all of us does not go unnoticed. Congratulations for steering a double REIWA Excellence Award winning ship!

Congratulations, Simon.
FN Tin Can Bay tastes first auction success
Celly Jeal of FN Tin Can Bay (QLD) was very excited to share news with our membership that her agency has recently held its first auction, which drew a result that blew everyone away.
‘It did get off to a shaky start, with a very low opening bid,’ said Celly. Forty ‘painful’ minutes later, the property sold under the hammer for $1.461 million.
Bravo, Celly. We’re proud of you. ‘Auction means action’ and you’re proving your expertise across your community.
