In Week 3, Stage 1 had the opportunity to attend Bradley’s Head for an excursion. They had so much fun looking at Aboriginal artefacts, mapping the beautiful view of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, going on a bug hunt and a nature walk! Students had such a beautiful day in the sunshine and got to see many animals such as kookaburras, lizards and bush turkeys.
In Week 4, Stage 1 participated in the K-2 Sports Carnival. There was so much enthusiasm and sportsmanship shown on the day which we commend students on. From running races to parachute to the egg and spoon race, students got to partake in a range of activities that showcased many skills. We can’t wait to see what the rest of Term 4 brings!
