Welcome to New Staff

Assistant Principal - Justine Radford

Hi, I'm Justine.

I completed my Bachelor of Teaching at Ballarat University in 2006 and began my teaching career in 2007 at an International School in the UK. Since then I have taught a range of subjects, including Health, PE, Outdoor Education and Food Technology, in both Government and Independent schools and have worked in the Wyndham area for the past 5 years.

On the weekends, I compete in, and coach Netball in my hometown of Geelong. I enjoy spending time with my family, going for hikes, listening to podcasts and cooking.

I look forward to meeting all of the new students, families and staff at Brinbeal in 2024.

Performing Arts Teacher - Michelle Barnes

I’m Michelle Barnes, and I am delighted to be joining Brinbeal Secondary College in 2024 as the Performing Arts teacher! I grew up immersed in Dance, Drama and Music, and began dance lessons at just age 3! I have taught at a number of schools and am excited to share my knowledge and passion of the Performing Arts with the students next year.

After school, I enjoy taking my pug and bulldog for walks and spoiling them with pats and treats.

I am thoroughly looking forward to meeting the new students and families of Brinbeal Secondary College

Wellbeing Leader - Jasneev Bhatia

Hi! My name is Jas, and I am delighted to introduce myself as the Wellbeing Leader at Brinbeal Secondary College.

I have been a registered Child Counsellor for nearly 3 years now and part of the Department of Education for 2 years. I am super excited to now be part of the Wellbeing team at Brinbeal Secondary College, which also gives me the opportunity to grow with you all.

I very much enjoy trying different cuisines and this is why I love travelling, because food is life!

I am looking forward to meeting our Year 7’s at Brinbeal Secondary College and welcoming you all for a great year ahead, see you all very soon!
