COHR Concert 

Our concert is fast approaching and we are so excited! We just wanted to share some final information with  you in preparation for the big night. 

Tickets

There are still plenty of tickets available to purchase! Feel free to invite extended family and friends, it promises to be a wonderful night!

The venue is easy to access and the auditorium has no stairs. 

Concert Night Information

Venue - Crossways Centre, 2 Vision Dr, Burwood East VIC, 3151

Seating at the venue is unassigned, except for the students’ class seating which is reserved. 

Start Time - 7:00pm

Student Information

Arrival Time - be seated in the auditorium by 6:30pm for a 7:00pm start. 

Students will need to arrive at the venue in their costume. They should also have a jacket and may like a drink bottle. Students will need to be at the venue by 6:30pm sharp and report to their classroom teacher. Students will be sitting with their classes in assigned seats. 

Call for help - Car Park Attendants

The venue has requested that we have four car park attendants on the night. We are asking parents if they could please help us with this request as teachers need to be supervising the children. All that would be required is assisting people on which areas to park in. The school will supply orange vests. If you can help us with this please ring the office and let us know ASAP. 

Photo day and Rehearsals

Photos: Individual photos will be taken on Monday 11th September. Please ensure all students have their completed costumes at school for their photo. These photos will be available to purchase for $5 on the night of the Concert and from the office in the days following. The entire concert will be filmed, and the video link will be provided as part of the ticket price. 

Rehearsal Day: Wednesday 13th September. Please complete the Operoo permission forms for your child/children to attend. Buses will ferry the children to and from Crossways Centre on the day. One group will leave school at 9am and the next group will leave around 10am. All students will be brought back to COHR by bus, arriving at approximately 3:00pm.
