Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Carers,
Kindy to Year 6 Athletics Carnival
What an incredible day we’ve had at our Kindy to Year 6 Athletics Carnival at Bannockburn Oval! The sun was shining, the cheers were loud, and the spirit of our school community was on full display.
I wish to congratulate every single student who participated today. Whether they were sprinting down the track, giving their all in the long jump, or encouraging their peers from the sidelines, our students showed outstanding effort, determination, and resilience. It was inspiring to witness their enthusiasm and commitment to doing their best.
It was lovely to see the sportsmanship on display throughout the day. Students celebrated each other’s successes and offered kind words of encouragement to each other.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to our wonderful parent volunteers. Your support—whether helping to run events, keeping things organised, or simply cheering from the sidelines—was instrumental in making the day such a success. We are so grateful for your time, energy, and community spirit. Our gratitude goes to Mrs Coco for her amazing organisation of the carnival.
Events like today remind us of the power of coming together as a school community to celebrate not just achievement, but effort, kindness, and connection. Thank you for helping us make this a memorable and meaningful day for our students.
Open Day Success – A Heartfelt Thank You
I am delighted to share that our Open Day on Saturday was a tremendous success, and I want to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to making it such a memorable occasion.
To our parents, thank you for your ongoing support and for warmly welcoming prospective families into our school community. Your presence and enthusiasm helped create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.
To our alumni students, it was a joy to see you return and share your experiences with pride. Your stories and reflections are a powerful testament to the lasting impact of our school, and they offered our visitors a genuine glimpse into the journey that lies ahead for their children at Holy Family.
To our senior school students, thank you for your leadership, your energy, and your willingness to step up and assist throughout the day. Whether you were guiding tours, or simply offering a friendly smile, your contribution was invaluable.
To our dedicated staff, thank you for your tireless preparation and commitment. Your passion for education and your care for our students were evident in every corner of the school and every conversation held.
I’m especially pleased to share that we welcomed 21 new families to our Open Day. Their positive feedback and interest in joining our community were incredibly encouraging, and I look forward to seeing many of them become part of our school’s future.
Events like these remind us of the strength and warmth of our school community. Thank you all for your part in making our Open Day such a success.
