Rachael Philp - VET Administrator

What a great year of VET we have had!  Congratulations to all students who completed their courses and gained their full VET Certificates, you all should be very proud of yourselves, what a great achievement!

Students should have received their end of year VET reports in the mail and those who have completed their courses will receive their Statements of Attainments and/or their Certificates shortly if they have not already arrived.

A huge congratulations to our Cookery student Kailen, who not only completed a two year course in one year, but also was presented with the 2024 NMVC VET Excellence Award that celebrates student achievements in their chosen study field.

We are proud of your accomplishments during your VET studies. We are confident that you will continue your journey of success and encourage you to follow your passion and create your own path with the knowledge and skills you have gained.

The 2025 VET Enrolment process is now complete. All students will receive a letter in the mail that will confirm their VET course, its location, start date, times, clothing requirements and other information.

All 2025 VET courses will start in week 2 of term 1 next year.

  • Tuesday the 4th of February
  • Wednesday the 5th of February
  • Thursday the 6th of February
  • Friday the 7th of February

Students need to make sure that they have purchased all course requirements set out by their VET Host school prior to their start date. This may include uniforms, specific clothing items, PPE, stationery etc. Please remember that if it is not appropriate for the workplace then it is not appropriate for VET and that students need to follow the Peter Lalor clothing guidelines whilst at their VET course.
