TEACHING AND LEARNING

As the school year comes to a close, we reflect on the incredible journey our students have taken in 2024. It has been a year full of growth, curiosity, and achievement. From exploring exciting topics in Literacy and Numeracy to diving into creative projects and hands-on experiments, every student has shown resilience, persistence, and enthusiasm for learning. Today we had the opportunity to share some of our learning with some very special guests from the regional office. Anne and Nat enjoyed hearing about our portfolios that were presented this afternoon at the Open Classroom session.

We’ve celebrated milestones, tackled challenges, and built connections within our school community. Whether it was collaborating on group activities, presenting projects, or trying something new, each moment has contributed to a wonderful learning experience. 

As we head into the holiday season, we encourage our students to take pride in their achievements and continue to nurture their love of learning. Take opportunities to read some exciting books, to write letters to loved ones, or learn a skill. 

We also thank our wonderful families for their unwavering support throughout the year. Together, we’ve made this a year to remember!
