Does your child have a medical condition such as allergies, hay fever or anaphylaxis.. ?
If so, please provide the school with the relevant Action Plans together with the prescribed medication, in its original box.

Diarrhoea or vomiting (gastroenteritis)
If your child is unwell with diarrhoea or vomiting, please follow these guidelines issued by the Department of Health.Please keep your child at home until there has not been any diarrhoea or vomiting for at least 24 hours.If the diarrhoea or vomiting are confirmed to be due to norovirus, exclude for at least 48 hours.
