From the Principal's Desk

Welcome back! As we conclude the second week of Term 2, I am amazed at how quickly this term has already progressed. I hope that the break provided a refreshing pause for you and your families and that your children returned to school excited and ready to engage in the adventures of learning that await them. I know the staff at All Saints’ were very eager to be back on site.

This past Thursday was a particularly special day at All Saints'. We held Benediction in the morning, which was a solemn and reflective event, grounding us in our faith and community spirit as we started the new term. Following this, we celebrated the wonderful mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures in our students' lives with a Mother’s Day High Tea. It was a joy to see so many families come together, and I am grateful for the opportunity to honour the invaluable role mothers play in our community. Thank you to all who participated and made the event both meaningful and memorable. A special thank you to the members of the P and F who setup the hall and to our year 6 students who served during the event and their families who helped cook such delicious items.

Today, we participated in the national 'Walk Safely to School Day.' By all accounts, it was wonderful to see so many students and their families opting to walk to school. This initiative not only promotes physical health but also environmental responsibility and safety awareness among our students. Thank you to everyone who took part in this important event. Your enthusiasm truly helps foster a culture of health and safety within our community.

Looking ahead, we have a term full of enriching academic, cultural, and sporting activities designed to promote the development and well-being of our students. I encourage you all to stay engaged through our school newsletter, website, and COMPASS. Your involvement is crucial to your children’s success and enhances the vibrant spirit of our school community.

If you haven’t checked out our new updated website please do. Our school calendar is on the website under the information tab. Once on the page, you can even press the plus button on the bottom right of the calendar and it will add it to the calendar on your phone or email.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation. Let us look forward to a term filled with growth, achievement, and community spirit.

God Bless,

Daniel Francis
