As a part of our school-wide focus on wellbeing, we have our second parent webinar coming up on Digital Wellbeing run by The Resilience Project that can be accessed by all members of the ENPS community. We were thrilled to see so many families attend the previous session, hearing from Lael Stone about connected parenting, sharing practical stools and strategies to support wellbeing at home.
While technology supports us in so many ways, especially as a learning tool, we completely respect and understand the ongoing challenges that come with device use. This webinar aims to support healthy habits around screen time to positively impact relationships and strengthen connections within the home. This 60 minute presentation gives parents/carers the opportunity to reflect on their family’s digital wellbeing.
