Mr Steven Belcastro
This term we will recommence our fortnightly 'Wellbeing Wednesday' newsletter. This information will aim to support us in exploring and gaining knowledge on mental health and wellbeing.
Wellbeing is about balance in all aspects in life. It encompasses the health of the whole person - physical, mental, social and emotional. A person’s wellbeing can change moment to moment , day to day, month to month and year to year. It can be influenced by what’s happening in a specific moment and the actions that people take.
As with positive mental health, wellbeing is most likely to flourish in a supportive and inclusive environment – a safe place where diversity is acknowledged, respected and seen as adding to the vibrancy and strength of the entire community. I encourage you to take the time to read these short fortnightly newsletters.
Students will bring home envelopes for school photos this week which will be held on Wednesday 12th June.
Please note:
1) the preferred payment method is online via the photographer's website
(details are on the envelope)
2) the office is unable to give change.
Once payment has been made, please return the envelope to school. Envelopes can be returned up to and including the day of the photographs.
Please return your envelope, even if you are not purchasing photos.
Sibling photos will be available again this year. The ordering code on your regular envelope can be used for ordering sibling photos as well as standard packs.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Our focus area for the next fortnight is the toilets.
I will be on long service leave for 2 weeks from Tuesday. I look forward to seeing everyone when I return after the long weekend.
