Universities all over Australia are opening their doors to prospective students, this is your chance to have a look at what's on offer and get your questions answered!

VTAC - Year 12 - Tertiary Education Applications 

Year 12 students interested in entering into tertiary education are currently completing their Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) applications.  Students should keep an eye on the Compass Newsfeed for important updates and information from VTAC. Please remember the deadline to pay on time for $80 is 29th September, after this date the payment will increase to $160 for late applications and then to $200 for very late applications.    

Deakin University Guaranteed ATARs Lowered

 

We are pleased to share that Deakin Guaranteed ATARs have just been lowered further! Many courses in the program now provide even more opportunity for students to reach their study and career goals and access the university education they deserve. 

 

Eligible students from under-represented cohorts can access these lower ATARs, giving them greater certainty, reducing stress, and providing the best chance of getting into the course they really want at the #1 Victorian uni for graduate employment.

 

Eligibility 

Australian Year 12 students are eligible for the Deakin Guaranteed ATAR if they: 

• attend a Deakin under-represented school Under-represented schools

• live or study in a regional or remote home or school location 

• are of Indigenous Australian descent. 

 

How to access the program

Students should apply for their preferred Deakin courses through VTAC, remain opted-in for the ‘personal information and location’ category, review their VTAC application, and submit.
