Year 3/4 Legoland Excursion – 8th August
On Thursday 8th August, our Year 3 and 4 students had an exciting day exploring Legoland. The excursion began with a fun and interactive workshop where students worked in small groups to design and build creative LEGO models, using problem-solving skills and teamwork.
Students also enjoyed exploring the various Legoland attractions, including the 4D Cinema, Merlin’s Apprentice ride, Kingdom Quest laser ride. They were thrilled to experience these and test their skills in a fun, interactive way. Students also had time to experiment hands on building stations, bringing their imaginative designs to life.
The day was filled with curiosity, creativity, and collaboration!Next stop.... Year 3/4 camp!
Last week, our Year 5 and 6 students, teachers, and Mrs Halket enjoyed an exciting three-day adventure at CYC City Camp, located on Collins Street in Melbourne.
During our time in the city, we explored some incredible places, including the Melbourne Zoo, the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, the Queen Victoria Night Market, the Melbourne Cricket Ground, and the Sports Museum. To get to each destination, we travelled by train, tram, and—most often—on foot, clocking up plenty of steps along the way!
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Caroline, Priscilla, John, David, and Jason—our amazing parent volunteers—who generously gave their time to join us on camp. Your support, enthusiasm, and care made our experience all the more memorable.
