This week we made silverbeet, leek and feta slice; stuffed Pugliese focaccia; Desley’s Mum's Silverbeet, Potato and Tomato Curry and Spanakopita. Josh got to use a piece of equipment we hadn't seen before. It was a mortar and pestle which was used to grind the spices for the curry. The stone bowl is very heavy! We harvested silverbeet, parsley coriander, chives, mint and eggs. We have decided to add all of the recipes from this week as we enjoyed it all!
