Positive Behaviour for Learning

I am resilient when I use strategies to regulate myself everywhere and always.

What we will teach our students to do:

Find different strategies to regulate themselves helps me to learn.

Find different strategies to regulate themselves helps me to interact calmly with others.

Find different strategies to regulate themselves keeps me and those around me safe from unexpected behaviours in different situations.

Benefits of active Supervision:

Simply maintaining an adult presence in common areas and merely attending to inappropriate behaviours is an insufficient and ineffective intervention practice.” (Sprague & Golly, 2005)
