Subject Selections
I have had many conversations with students regarding their subject selection during the previous weeks. I would highly recommend any students who are considering changing pathways to firstly have a discussion with their classroom teachers to determine what they need to achieve to be successful. If, after this discussion, they feel that they want to change pathways, I would recommend that they then talk with the relevant Head of Department to discuss the assessment and structure of the course to ensure they are making an informed decision about their changes.
The senior years are challenging for both students and parents alike. If you are looking for help to support your child staying motivated and working well, I would suggest the free Elevate Parent Webinar Series that can be found at this link.
Enjoy another long weekend! We look forward to seeing students on Tuesday.
Term 2 Assessment Planners can now be downloaded via the College Website, MyCE App or Parent Portal. This is a critically important resource that will assist with setting students up for success in Term 2.
Please join us on Tuesday morning as we recognise and celebrate mothers, carers and other special women in our students' lives. Following the Assembly, morning tea will be provided at Green Leaf Café.
