Personal Grooming and Uniform Reminders
A reminder to all students: boys are expected to maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times, including with facial hair. Students are to be clean shaven, students may be asked to shave to meet grooming standards. Thank you for your cooperation.
A friendly reminder to all students: please ensure you are wearing the correct uniform at all times. This includes wearing a school tie as part of the full uniform. Earrings should be plain gold studs or sleepers, with only one set permitted in each ear. We appreciate your attention to these guidelines to maintain a consistent and professional appearance. Thank you!
Careers Counselor and LUI’s
We are very excited to share that we have a new careers counsellor on staff - Felicity Earl. Felicity is a great resource for students to use as a starting point to plan their senior subjects and career pathways. Students can make an appointment to see her either by email - fearl@cns.catholic.edu.au or by visiting her in her office.
Learner Unique Identifier (LUI)
Last week, students in Year 10 and 11 received their Learner Unique Identifier (LUI). This number identifies them for the QCE points. This LUI number may also be required outside of school for situations such as applying for an external Certificate course or Music and Dance exams that can count towards their QCE points. Further information on QCEs will be shared later in the year.
Enjoy another long weekend! We look forward to seeing students on Tuesday.
Term 2 Assessment Planners can now be downloaded via the College Website, MyCE App or Parent Portal. This is a critically important resource that will assist with setting students up for success in Term 2.
Please join us on Tuesday morning as we recognise and celebrate mothers, carers and other special women in our students' lives. Following the Assembly, morning tea will be provided at Green Leaf Café.
Please RSVP via the following link:https://bit.ly/MothersDayAssembly2025

The school fees and levies for Term 2 will be emailed to all account holders in Week 3, from Wednesday, 7 May.
Full payment is due by Wednesday, 21 May. If you are unable to pay in full by the due date, please contact the Accounts Team to arrange an approved payment plan with the College.
Students in Years 7 to 9 are invited to take part in the 2025 Premier’s Reading Challenge, which begins on Tuesday, May 6 and runs through to Friday, August 22.
To get involved, students can collect a Reader Tally Sheet from the library. Once they’ve read the required 15 books, they simply return the completed sheet to the library for official submission to the Premier.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself, discover new authors, and celebrate the joy of reading. Happy reading!
