Five Loaves Partnership - First Service Event Sunday May 4.
Our first service event was a remarkable success in partnership with Five Loaves, demonstrating our school’s wonderful contribution to the community.
We express our sincere gratitude to all participants Years 6, 7, and 8 students, along with their families and staff members including Mrs Takos, Ms Bocquet, Miss Maria Katseli, and Board member Mr. Chris Damatopoulos, worked together exceptionally well. Together, we prepared 450 sandwiches in record time and delivered them to six different locations.
Our school community truly exemplified the spirit of service and compassion through their support of the Five Loaves program. One parent expressed gratitude for the opportunity to give back, describing it as a privilege.
We, Mr Damatopoulos and Ms Smit, encourage everyone to join us for future events that show and enhance our schools’ values. Additional collaborations to support the homeless community will be announced soon.
