LIBRARY

The children enjoy coming to the library during the first half of lunch for a quiet read. As the library is a smaller space there is a roster for the classes….listed below.

LUNCH TIME LIBRARY READING

Monday                    1 – 1:25pm              Year 1 & 2 

Tuesday                    1 – 1:25pm              Foundation

Wednesday             1 – 1:50pm              Chess for children across the school

Thursday                  1 – 1:25pm              Year 5 & 6

Friday                        1 – 1:25pm              Year 3 & 4

Children can come and change books during the first half of lunch or just after school every day.

LIBRARY BOOKS

We are responsible when we care for our library books.

Just a reminder that once a book is borrowed the responsibility for the safe return of the book is up to the borrower. This is showing our school value of being responsible.

During term 4 notices will be sent home for overdue and outstanding books; ready for Stock-take at the beginning of December.

BOOK CLUB ISSUE 8

Book Club Issue 8 catalogues have not yet arrived at school and are expected around the 14th November.

They will then be distributed to the classroom teachers to hand out to the children.

Could all orders please be placed via the LOOP Platform, by MONDAY 27TH November to allow delivery before the end of term.
