Wellbeing @ BRPS

Term 4 Wellbeing

This term students will be continuing to learn how to build positive relationships and develop an understanding of the importance of acceptance of difference and diversity. They will develop the skills needed to solve problems, set boundaries within relationships and learn peer support and help-seeking skills that can be applied in response to situations where they feel unsafe.

There will also be a focus on resilience and coping with change to support students with the transition to the next year in their journey through school. Friendship skills and navigating problems will continue to be explored through role play and group discussions. Students will develop an understanding of the importance of healthy relationships and how they contribute to our wellbeing.
