Mental Health Posters

Mental Health Month is celebrated each year in the month of October in NSW. This month encourages all of us to think about our mental health and wellbeing, regardless of whether we may have a lived experience of mental illness or not. It also gives us the opportunity to understand the importance of good mental health in our everyday lives and encourages help seeking behaviours when needed.

Ms. E and her Year 7.3, Year 8.1 and Year 9.4 classes got behind mental health month by designing a series of posters to put up around the school to remind everyone to not only think about their mental health but the mental health of their fellow students, parents/carers and teachers.

Shoutout to Ms. E, who completed her challenge of walking 111 kms during October to support Australians living with mental illness. Well done, Miss!!!
