5D

Term 4 for 5D is an exciting and enjoyable time in the classroom. In Literacy, we have learned how to write up our application for the 2024 School captaincy, and we are preparing to write speeches for school captaincy in the following weeks. We use our YCDI to support us with the challenges we may face during the captaincy application process. 

In Mathematics, we have been analysing data and exploring how it can be represented with graphs. Our focus of Inquiry this term is 'How do business and consumer choices about the use of chemicals in products impact the world.' We have been investigating reversible and irreversible changes in different experiments and will explore how business and our choices can impact the world around us. This term has been challenging with different learning experiences, but we have completed them as a class.
