End of Term

As we reach the end of Term 3, I would like to take this opportunity to thank our school community for your ongoing support and dedication. Our students have achieved so much this term academically, socially and personally and their efforts have been truly commendable.

Term 3 will finish for students on Friday, 25 September 2026. We wish everyone a restful and safe holiday break. Term 4 will commence for students on Tuesday, 13th October 2026. We look forward to welcoming everyone back, refreshed and ready for the exciting term ahead.

Learning Conversations

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to our Assistant Principals Curriculum and Instruction (APCIs) and all staff for their outstanding organisation and commitment to our recent Learning Conversations. These sessions provided a valuable opportunity for students and families to celebrate learning achievements, set goals, and reflect on progress together.

I hope that parents and carers enjoyed sharing in their child’s learning journey and found the conversations both informative and meaningful. Your partnership and engagement play a vital role in supporting our students, and we appreciate your ongoing involvement.

Extra Curricular Opportunities

I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank our dedicated staff for their commitment to providing a diverse range of extra-curricular opportunities for our students. The activities and events made available for your children would not be possible without the generous support and enthusiasm of our staff.

Our staff put in countless hours outside their regular duties to ensure your children can experience, learn, and grow beyond the classroom. I encourage you to join me in expressing gratitude for their hard work and dedication. Their continued support is what allows our students to thrive and enjoy such a diverse school life.

Second Reminder: Staff Toilets and Visitor Supervision

The staff toilet located at the back of the library, near D Block, is strictly for staff use only and is not to be used by parents or carers. It will be locked if this practice continues.

It has been brought to our attention that some parent/carers have been wandering down corridors and accessing this toilet. For the safety and wellbeing of all students, it is essential that parents/carers remain in the QUAD area when picking up their children in the afternoon. If you need to enter the school buildings or visit classrooms, you must first report to the office to ensure appropriate supervision and adherence to our child protection policies.

These measures help us maintain a secure environment for students and staff. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these boundaries and keeping our school community safe.
