Senior Boys and Girls Volleyball 

On Friday 14th February, our senior boys and girls headed to La Trobe Stadium to play in the senior Volleyball competition.  A very strong competition from both the boys and girls, the girls showed excellent determination in a strong competition, unfortunately not progressing through to the next round. 

As for the boys competition Viewbank submitted 2 strong teams, with one team taking out the competition in a close finally game against Charles Latrobe. The boys A team will progress through to the next round.

Senior Boy and Girls Basketball

On Friday 14th February, our senior girls and boys headed to the Coburg Basketball Stadium to play in the interschool round robin. 

Both the teams won all their games to get them to the next stage in a few weeks time. 

Well done to all involved. 

Freya Wilson

Freya competed at Victorian State Athletics Championships at Lakeside stadium Albert Park, and came: 4th U18 Discus, 2nd U18 Hammer.

This means Freya will be competing in Perth on Friday the 4th of April at the Chemist Warehouse Athletics National Australian Championships in U18 Hammer.

She also competed at the Regional Little Athletics Championships and came 2nd U17 Discus. This means she will also compete at the Little Athletics Victoria State Championships on the 9th of March.

Congratulations Freya we can wait to hear your results from the next few events.
