Reminder: Allocate School Savings Bonus Funds for School Activities 

If you wish to use any portion of your $400 SSB for excursions, camps, or school activities, you must first allocate the funds to “Activities” in the SSB Portal. This is a crucial step, as the school cannot apply SSB funds unless reallocation is completed. 

Simply log into the SSB Portal, decide how much to allocate, and reassign the funds. Any unspent SSB funds after July 1, 2025, will remain in your Family account for future use. 

Introducing Compass Pay for Excursions & Camps in 2025 

Woodmans Hill Secondary College is making school processes more efficient by introducing Compass Pay and online consent in 2025. This new system allows parents and carers to conveniently pay and provide consent for excursions, incursions, and camps online, reducing paperwork and streamlining the process. 

For those who prefer traditional methods, manual excursion forms will still be available, and payments can be made at the General Office via cash, EFTPOS, BPAY, or Centrepay.
