Miss Deane - Junior Classroom Teacher

This week in InitiaLit, Mr. Stow's group has been exploring rhyming words and practicing how to break words into syllables, while Miss Deane's group has been working on their blending skills and learning about poetry. 

In maths, we are wrapping up our unit on Number with a focus on numbers 0-20. The students have been doing an amazing job learning the different ways numbers can be represented.

For Integrated Studies, we continued our History unit by exploring our family histories, learning about different family structures, and celebrating that all families, no matter their shape or size, share love and support. 

In the Outdoor Classroom, we dived into the Water Cycle and how it impacts our planet.
