Join the Debating Team!

Year 9 students are invited to join VUSC's debating team. 

Debating is a fantastic way to improve your public speaking and reasoning skills and a great place to meet new people. Junior Debating teams participate in inter-school debating competitions and meet regularly at school to plan for topics and prepare arguments.

Gardening Club @ Junior Campus

Interested in gardening? Come along to the Gardening Club at lunch time on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Junior Campus with Ms Grant.  The Club is led by students’ interests to improve the gardens of the A Block and C Block courtyards. 

Parents and carers are also invited to join a Gardening committee to apply for grants to fund a five year landscaping plan. Suggestions for landscaping improvements are welcome to victoria.university.sc@education.vic.gov.au attention Tracey Grant.

All students are welcome to come along to the Breakfast Club every Friday - in the kitchen behind Building B at the Senior Campus and in the Coordinators' Office at the Junior Campus. 

Come along for some toast, milk, fruit and snacks!

School Production - Sign Up Now!

Sign up for School Production 2024!

We are very excited to announce that rehearsals for our school production are starting on Friday March 1st. 

Rehearsals are held each Friday afternoon straight after school at the Senior Campus in Building H and finish at 5pm. Junior Campus students will need to make arrangements to travel to the Senior Campus after school and get home from there. 

Our school production will be in week 3 of term 3. Western Edge Youth Arts are running the show and have enjoyed meeting our Junior Drama classes last week. John Marc has announced that he will be leading the production.

The school production is open to all students at VUSC and everyone is welcome to participate. Sign ups are happening now - please see Ms Ellis at the Junior Campus or Mr Polizzi at the Senior Campus, or send us a message on Teams!
