Wellbeing

Charlotte and Zep - Clay is such a great tactile material to inspire creative talents

At BBPS we are dedicated to nurturing not just the academic growth of our students, but also their social and emotional wellbeing. We are excited to again share details of partnership with The Resilience Project.

The Resilience Project centers around three key principles: Gratitude, Empathy, and Mindfulness. These principles form the foundation of our social and emotional wellbeing curriculum, which is integrated across all aspects of school life. Through engaging activities, discussions, and resources  such as their TRP journals, we aim to empower our students with the skills they need to navigate challenges, build resilience, and thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

For the remainder of this term we'll be sharing some interesting articles, straight from the TRP Wellbeing Hub https://theresilienceproject.com.au/at-home/wellbeing-hub/. Jump on and have a look, there are some interesting reads. We've chosen to share items we think are most relevant for some of the behaviours and emotions we are noticing in children at BBPS.

This week check out this article, a helpful reminder of how we can support our children to manage their big feelings - especially as we head towards the end of term (and with that, tired little people)
