2024 Annual School Fees

Annual School Fee Invoices have recently been emailed to families.

  • Refer to Schedule of 2024 Fees & Charges for payment options.
  • Term 1 instalments are due and payable by 28 February. 
  • Early payment discount: $330.00 per student plus an additional $660.00 per boarder.
  • Direct Debit payments - first instalment due in February. If you intend direct debits to cease after the final payment, nominate a ‘final payment date’ on the debit authority form. If this section remains blank, debits will continue until further notice. 
  • Direct debit discount - $260.00 per student if final payment is received by 30 November.
  • Year 12 accounts are to be settled by 30 September.
  • Please provide your payment plan to the College by 28 February. 
  • If you have not received your invoice, please contact Accounts Receivable.

Secondary Assistance Scheme Year 7-12

You may be eligible for up to $350 towards school expenses.

Do you hold a:

  • Centrelink Health Care Card.
  • Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card.   
  • OR
  • Veterans’ Affairs Pensioner Concession Card (blue card only).

Withdrawal Of A Student From The College

College fees are based on a student’s attendance for the full school year inclusive of Year 12 students. Fees and charges for Year 12 students are to be finalised prior to the end of Term 3. 

 

WRITTEN NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL MUST BE PROVIDED TO THE PRINCIPAL. 

Verbal notification is not considered due notice. In the case of a split family, confirmation of student withdrawal is required from both parents. 

 

Day Students: One full term’s written notice is required. Instead of such notice, tuition fees for the following term will be due and payable. 

 

Boarding Students: One full term’s written notice is required. Instead of such notice, 

tuition and boarding fees for the following term will be due and payable. 

 

Change of Status: either from Boarder to Day Student or Day to Boarding Student is considered a new enrolment requiring the College Principal’s approval. 

The same conditions as for the withdrawal of a student apply.


Assistance For Isolated Children Scheme

Provides financial assistance to parents of children who, due to geographic isolation or a disability, must live away from home to attend school. 

  • 2023 Claims - accepted until 1 March 2024.
  • 2024 Claims - lodge a claim between October 2023 and March 2025.
  • Applications lodged after these dates might not receive back payments. 
  • Parents need to nominate AIC payments to be paid directly to the College.

Boarding Away From Home Allowance

The State Education Department administers the Boarding Away from Home Allowance (BAHA).  

For students in receipt of the Isolated Children’s Allowance and paid in Term 4. 

Parents need to nominate that BAHA payments be paid directly to the College.

  • The rate of the allowance is $1,389.00. 
  • Applications close on 29 November 2024.

Student Subsidised Travel Scheme

Students may qualify for this allowance if they travel from a geographical area known as the Defined Remote Area (DRA) to attend school, regardless of whether there is an educational facility locally available.
