BE INVOLVED, BE CONNECTED

AGP PARKING RESTRICTIONS

From 7.00am on Monday, 4TH March until Friday, 5th April, there will be no access to Lakeside Carpark. We encourage families to walk, ride or scoot to school during this time, where possible. Please note, that a traffic controller will be at the mouth of the service road between 8-9am and 3-4pm, to support pedestrians to cross safely.

If you need to drive, there will be a kiss and drop zone at the front of the school, on Albert Road Drive South. We request that parents and carers DO NOT leave their cars to bring children in as this will cause considerable congestion. There will be staff members on hand to support children in through the gate, if needed.

Drivers are asked to drive all the way to the end of the service road, do a U-turn and then stop where directed, in the parking bays as marked below. Our aim will be to keep the traffic flowing as much as possible. Any parents with who are happy to support traffic flow by waving cars into bays, please meet me at the front gate.

STUDENT VOICE REPRESENTATIVES

We were delighted to have so many students make a speech, as student voice candidates this year. They were all very courageous and we are proud of every one of them!! Congratulations to the successful student voices for 2024:

NAPLAN

A reminder that the NAPLAN tests will be completed by year 3 and 5 students from Wednesday, 13th March until Monday, 18th March. If you have any concerns or questions about NAPLAN, please see your child’s teacher or send an email to south.melbourne.park.ps@education.vic.gov.au and I will give you a call to discuss.
