CAPA Showcase

The Annual CAPA Showcase and Exhibition was held on Thursday November 23rd in the school hall.

The Auditorium was transformed into a stunning display of student works from across the 2023 year. The main attraction was the impeccable Major Works of the Year 12 Cohort.

Throughout the evening, we heard performances from our talented musicians. At the end of the night, we saw several student devised drama performances and a Barbie inspired dance choreographed by Ms. Eaton.

Well done to all the students and staff who were involved in putting this event together. What took days, weeks and an entire year to put together was packed away in a record 32 mins.

Lastly, a big shout out to the entertainment class who oversaw everything pre-production and ran a seamless event.

Congratulations to all involved!

Japanese

Last week we had students participate in an online exchange video call with students from a high school in Kashiwa Japan. Our students asked questions in Japanese and listened for the responses in Japanese. Then Kashiwa students asked questions in English and our students responded in English. The students all had a great time getting to know each other!
