The Parents & Friends Association are seeking sponsors and donations from the Junior and Senior School communities and businesses to support the College Online Auction in mid-October 2023.
The Online Auction generates a lot of interest and ‘friendly’ competition between bidders! Past events indicate that anything attracts a bid. Examples include:

Choomalaka Festival & Feast – P&F Stalls
Friday 22 September
A BIG thank you to the P&F working group and wonderful volunteers for supporting the Feast P&F food stalls at the Choomalaka Festival & Feast this year. The food stalls will be located in the courtyard of the new Callan Centre and Doyle Wing buildings and will include:
- BBQs
- Cold Drinks
- Fairy Floss
- Ice Creams
- Hot Dogs
- Nachos
College Hospitality students will also be selling their infamous specialty ice cream shakes from the Callan Centre Year 11/12 Student Lounge.
Cash and card facilities will be available. Small notes and coins are kindly requested.
A drinking water fountain is located in the courtyard and cups will be available from the shakes stall.
The Feast will also include the following food vans:
- Davey Street Garage Coffee
- Fried & Loaded
- Robbie's Woodfired Pizzas
- Ruby & Ava Dumplings & Bao Buns
The food vans will be located in the driveway below the Joyce Performance Centre (JPC).
