Piano Exams
Fifteen of our extra-curricular piano students recently excelled in completing piano examinations through St. Cecilia School of Music.
The piano exams required students to showcase their practical skills in technical work and prepared repertoire.

Ballet Masterclasses available with Emma Mexa
We are delighted to offer three ‘masterclass’ style sessions with professional ballet dancer and teacher, Emma Mexa.
As part of our extra-curricular offerings, Emma will facilitate three ballet sessions on the below dates:
- Thursday 16 November
- Friday 17 November
- Friday 1 December
The ballet lessons will be during school hours and cost $35 per half hour lesson (paid to Emma). Lessons are 1:1, though small group lessons may be an option where there are students of the same age / ability.
Emma has danced professionally for several years in Greece and has been teaching ballet and contemporary ballet in schools across Greece and Australia for the last six years.

Invitation to Join Junior Singers in Term 4
Term 4 rehearsals for Jr Singers (our co-curricular choir for students in Years 3 - 6) will commence next Tuesday 17 October (Week 2) and new students are most welcome to join!
We have an exciting term ahead, learning new songs and working towards performances for our Remembrance Day service, Primary Christmas Concert, Presentation Assemblies, and the community event; Moama Lion’s Club Christmas Community Carols on Sunday 10 December. It will be MAG’s first time performing in the Lion’s Christmas Community Carols – a most exciting opportunity!
Jr Singers rehearsals are weekly each Tuesday morning from 8.15-8.45am with Mrs Gibbs in JS4 (Primary Music room).
