Emergency Services Careers Day

The aim to promote to Secondary Students at Year 9's volunteering and career pathways within Victoria’s emergency services.  Enabling more resilient young people in times of emergencies and more awareness of opportunities in those respective agencies. Stands include the ADF, Vic Police, Ski Patrol, CAF, Forrest Fire Management Vic, Red Cross, Vic Ambo, and others. This event will be conducted in conjunction with the schools Careers adviser, Jo Macklan; and will lead into future lessons within the schools curriculum including Work Experience and Volunteerism. This will be a no cost event and all year 9's are expected to attend.


Careers day and Celebration morning

 This event will be a follow up of Thursdays excursion and the culmination of the Future Makers program for these students. All year 9 students (regardless of attending the camp), will attend this session.  

 

 

 


2024 Future Makers Information Night

 2024 Future Makers (current year 8 Students) Info Night: 7pm- JHS.  Future makers is an amazing experience that all year 9 students at MBSC are expected to partake in. On this night, the NEW outline of what Future Makers will look like will be revealed. Just a reminder that the new camp program is a summer program, conducted from the 19th of Feb to the 1st of March 2024. All current year 8 students and parents are highly encouraged to attend.
