Cake Decorating

Our very talented Year 10 Food Technology students were recently challenged by Mrs Bernardi to stretch their creativity with cake decorating. After having first baked their cakes, the students opted for a range of decorating styles from quirky and colourful children's cakes to beautiful event-style cakes featuring chocolate roses, handmade toffee, gold leaf and freeze-dried raspberry powder!

 

The students truly excelled with this activity, showing incredible skill and artistic talent through the variety of cakes created.
