On Friday, July 26th K-6 celebrated National Tree Day. We planted some flowering shrubs, bay leaf trees, lilly pillies and a pomegranate tree. Thank you to K-6 for your help in preparing the soil, planting and watering. For some students pomegranates are an unfamiliar fruit that they are looking forward to tasting. 

Thank you to Joe and the students for keeping a close eye on our school veggie garden. We have lots of citrus ready to pick, broccoli and even in this very cold weather our chooks are laying eggs regularly.
