Celebration of the Sacrament of Reconciliation

Thursday, September 5 was a very special day in the lives of our Middle students from St Joseph’s School, who received the Sacrament of Reconciliation. 

During their preparation they were able to reflect on how the Sacrament of Reconciliation helps them to reconcile with God and others. The  students received their Sacramental Stoles and were calm and engaged during the liturgy. Their stoles displayed a symbol of the Sacrament of Reconciliation with space to add a new symbol for each Sacrament received during their years at primary school.  Father Peter and Father Brendan guided the students throughout the liturgy and during the individual reconciliation. 

A very special thank you to their Parents, Carers, Sponsors and Teachers for their tireless and patient work in their preparation.
