Year 7 Vaccination Program

NSW Health will be offering the following vaccinations at school:

• Year 7 Diptheria/tetanus/pertussis (dTpa) on Wednesday 16 October
• Year 7 Human Papillomavirus (HPV) on Tuesday 29 October

and also 

• Year 8 dTpa and HPV (if not already vaccinated in Year 7), and 
• Year 10 & 11 Meningococcal ACWY (if not already vaccinated)

If your child is in Year 7, you can now provide online consent, via your Service NSW account, for their routine vaccinations.

Vaccination will ONLY be provided at school if consent has been received.
