CELEBRATING OUR FAITH 

Christian Living Days - Yr 8 & 9

Last week our Year 8 and 9 students were involved in our Christian Living Days, facilitated by Josh and Damian -  Lasallian Youth Ministers. The students had a great time, looking at the themes of "Inside Out" and "Me, Myself and I." Well done to the students for their participation, I'm sure they had a few 'take away' moments.

1M Prayer Celebration -  Love One Another

This Friday, 1M will lead the Infants Prayer Celebration with the theme - "Love one another." Family and friends are welcome to join us at Sacred Heart Church on Friday at 9:30am.

Sacraments

Congratulations to some of our Year 3 students for making their First Holy Communion on Sunday morning and some students in Year 6 who were Confirmed. May they all find the love of Jesus Christ in all they do, especially when receiving Jesus again in the Eucharist.

Bake Sale

On Tuesday, 17 September, there will be a cake stall at school for secondary students to raise money for the RSPCA. Students can support this organisation by buying some yummy treats. This initiative come about after a Year 8 Religious Education assessment which asked the students to research an organisation which was striving for goodness. The RSPCA was one of the organisations.

Year 8 students are asked to help with the cooking, and bring in some goodies to share with the secondary students while supporting a good cause. (Please list ingredients) 

School Mass Times

Please note that school Mass times are now 9:30 am at Sacred Heart Church. Please remember that hot beverages should not be brought into the church.
