AUSLAN | SPOTLIGHT

We have continued to be amazed by the students’ effort and enthusiasm within AUSLAN lessons. Across the school, students have participated respectfully while discussing AUSLAN and its place in Deaf Culture.

We love hearing students’ stories about the way they are teaching their families the signs they are learning – keep up the great work Ramlegh Park!

'I tried to teach my brother Australian Animal signs and I showed my Dad!' - Bodhi 1I

'I showed my Mum how to sign pizza!' - Anhad 3A

'It’s important to learn Auslan so we can experience communicating with Deaf people' – Roop 4E
