Compass Events

Compass is the main communication tool between home and school, with notifications from classrooms, whole school messages, event information (excursions/incursions), reminders, student led conference bookings, newsletter etc.  We strongly encourage all parents to regularly check in to avoid missing deadlines and important information - late payments will not be accepted.  

Events currently requiring parent consent/payment:

(please contact the office if you wish to use SSB to pay for an event)

Year 2:  Melbourne Museum excursion - due 5/12/25

Year 6: Hijinx Activity Day - due 11/12/25

Year 5: (2026) Camp Deposit - due 28/01/26

Attendance - explaining lateness

Class rolls are marked at 9:00am.  If your child arrives late (after 9:00am) they must come to the office for a late pass.

• If accompanied by a parent :   student is signed in as late by the parent through Compass Kiosk to receive a printed late pass
• If unaccompanied :   Office staff will print a late pass for the student - parents must log into their Compass portal to explain the lateness in a timely manner 

PLEASE DO NOT PUT PARTIAL ABSENCES ON COMPASS. 

• IF ARRIVING LATE, COME TO THE OFFICE FOR A LATE PASS FIRST.
• IF LEAVING EARLY, COME TO THE OFFICE FOR AN EARLY LEAVER'S PASS BEFORE COLLECTING YOUR CHILD FROM THE CLASSROOM.
