Paul Williams Clinic
Paul Williams is a name long synonymous with jumping in Victoria. As a coach for the Young Jump Squad, he has been involved in Equestrian Sport since he was a teenager, first as a rider and competitor, and has been part of the Victorian young rider squads from their inception, playing a guiding role in making them the success they are today. From those early days, he has gone on to fulfil countless roles within our community, including coach, course builder, commentator, and administrator.
Paul has also been involved in many committees, including serving as a past president of the Port Phillip Show Jumping Club and as a representative for Equestrian Victoria. He has travelled around Australia and overseas as Chef d’Equipe for many teams and is a mentor for his son, Matt Williams, who has represented Australia on many occasions. Paul is a man of vision; however, he always has the riders’ interests at heart, making him very approachable and easy to talk to.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a two-day clinic; attendees need to buy a ticket for each day they wish to attend. Attendees will be notified of their clinic time as soon as clinic bookings close.
Equine Studies in Action — Student-Led Freshman’s Showjumping Day
As part of their Year 8 and 9 Equine Studies program, students have taken the reins to plan, promote and deliver a real-world equestrian event — the Freshman’s Showjumping Day on this Saturday 16 November.
Thank you to everyone that signed up to ride (this event is now full!) and all spectators are encouraged to come along to watch and support our young event organisers as they put their learning into action!
Uniforms
It is wonderful to see almost all our Equestrian students wearing their new uniforms to lessons and out at competitions. You look fantastic and your efforts to be well presented whilst training and representing your school are to be commended. It not only conveys a sense of professionalism and team spirit but also a high degree of respect and courtesy to your coaches, something that is particularly important and certainly recognised.
If you haven’t purchased uniform items, we do have some extras that you can try on and purchase at the Senior School Reception. They are also available to purchase through the Uniform Page on the website.
New arena
The work on the new arena continues, and I would like to thank all parents for their patience and adherence to the new regulations while the work is ongoing!
