Creativity on a Tuesday

Creativity Tuesday has become a much-loved new tradition in our Boarding House. Giving our younger boarders the opportunity to unwind, connect, and discover new passions through tech-free activities. Each week brings something different — from painting and baking to crafts, games, and creative challenges — encouraging boarders to explore their imagination while also having a laugh along the way.

These evenings have not only fostered a strong sense of achievement but have also strengthened relationships across the House, helping boarders build confidence, teamwork, and friendships. What makes Creativity Tuesdays so special is the sense of belonging they create — a place where everyone can be themselves, support one another, and enjoy time away from screens. As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to continue developing these tech free opportunities, offering even more engaging and varied options that inspire curiosity, creativity, and connection with our younger boarders.

Boarder of the Week

This week, we proudly recognise Max Malseed as our Boarder of the Week. Max has shown outstanding commitment both in and out of the Boarding House, achieving success in rowing on the weekends (well done on all of those medals last weekend Max!) while maintaining a high level of organisation and focus.

His growing dedication to others has also been clear, whether it be his support at boarder/dance concerts or his positive presence around the house. It’s been wonderful to see Max’s maturity and leadership continue to develop throughout the year. Well done, Max — you are a deserving recipient of this week’s award and a true role model for our younger boarders.
