Harmony Day
We are excited to celebrate Harmony Day tomorrow with the theme "Be Fearless – Illuminate the Sky", featuring a vibrant showcase of cultural performances.
The event will begin with a Procession of Nations, where participants are encouraged to wear their national attire and fly their flags. Highlights include inspiring speeches by Libby Sabasio and Lucas Zhang, an Aboriginal Totem Dance, and energetic performances from Pacific Island, Bollywood, Spanish, and Japanese Soran Bushi dancers.
We will also enjoy the Kungfu Fan Dance from China, Irish folk music and dance, and a special Chinese song, "Unbreakable". Staff speaker Cecilia Mansilla will share her insights, and the Colours of the Wind and Colour of Hope performances will add to the cultural celebration. The event will conclude with a Prayer of Nations, a moving rendition of "Heal the World", and audience participation to embrace unity and inclusivity.
